Since 2013, Sara McConnell has been a licensed REALTOR in Minnesota, seamlessly transitioning from a rewarding 14-year career as an elementary school teacher in Jordan, MN. During her teaching years, Sara earned a Master’s of Education in Teaching and Learning from St. Mary’s University, along with an additional 40 credits, showcasing her commitment to excellence.

Sara has continually advanced her career in real estate. She obtained her Minnesota Broker license, established her own brokerage, and later merged with two other brokerages, becoming a trainer for five offices across the state. In October 2022, Sara joined RE/MAX Results, which boasts over 40 offices and 1,300 agents, allowing her to leverage a vast network and the trusted reputation of the RE/MAX brand.

A proud Minnesotan, Sara grew up in St. Louis Park and has lived in various cities including St. Peter, Bloomington, New Prague, Milaca, and Plymouth. She now resides in Maple Grove with her husband, Dominic and their beloved 110-pound rescue lab mix, Max. Sara and Dominic also share their home with Sara’s mother, Nancy, and her 5-pound chihuahua, Minnie—who’s definitely the boss! Sara and Dominic have two grown children, Brady and Destiny, who are young adults and own their own homes.

When she's not busy with real estate, Sara loves traveling to their Florida home with Dominic, exploring Minnesota’s beautiful lakes by boat, fishing, biking, sewing, tackling Sudoku puzzles and supporting animal rescues.
